In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, you must submit a written request to us in a manner that allows us to identify you, i.e. by confirming your identity. Requests for the implementation of GDPR rights, without the possibility of identifying the person submitting the request, are not considered by the Company.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent (if given) to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a request in free form by email to shop@didajoy.com. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your requests related to the implementation of data subject rights are processed no longer than 1 (one) month. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, this period may be extended by 2 (two) months.
Requirements for written requests:
- the request must be legible;
- the request must be signed;
- the request must include your name, surname, place of residence, contact information for communication;
- the request must specify the right you want to exercise and, where applicable, arguments or documents supporting such request;
- if the request is submitted on your behalf by a representative, the request must include not only the above-mentioned data, but also the name, surname, place of residence, contact information for communication of your representative.
Methods of confirming your identity:
- When submitting a request in person at the Company's office: by presenting a document confirming the person's identity to the Company's employee;
- When submitting a request by mail: a copy of a document confirming the person's identity, certified by a notary, or a copy of this document, certified in another manner prescribed by law, must be submitted together with the request;
- When submitting a request by email, such requests must be signed with a qualified electronic signature or formulated using electronic means that ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of the text (except when revoking consent to process personal data in accordance with this Policy).
Signing the request with a qualified electronic signature allows the Company to properly identify you and ensure that the requested information or information about the execution of your requested actions (refusal to perform) is disclosed only to the person for whom it is intended, i.e. you.
Scanned copies of signed requests or complaints submitted by email without a qualified electronic signature do not meet the requirements set out in the legislation. Such submission of a request may be an obstacle to accepting your request for consideration, so if you do not have a qualified electronic signature, you should submit the request by mail or come directly to the Company's office.
When submitting an application through a representative, an additional document confirming representation or its copy, certified in accordance with the procedure established by legislation, must be additionally submitted with the application.
Changes
The company has the right to change or supplement the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Company informs about the changes on the Website.
