DELIVERY BY PARCEL TERMINAL OR COURIER

Ordered goods are sent throughout Baltic countries - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia by OMNIVA parcel terminal or OMNIVA couriers. Goods sent by parcel terminals and couriers are accompanied by an additional safe transportation service. Orders via OMNIVA are dispatched within 1-2 days after payment is received. The buyer will receive the shipment tracking number at the time of purchase. The delivery time depends on the workload of the postal service, but usually the ordered goods reach the recipient within 2-3 days after confirmation of the order dispatch.

WEEKEND DELIVERY IN VILNIUS AND VILNIUS DISTRICT

Ordered goods are delivered by a didajoy.com store employee on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only in Vilnius and Vilnius district. An order with this delivery must be submitted and paid by Thursday 21:00. NOTES RELATED TO DELIVERY IN CASE OF ERROR IN DATA

The seller is not responsible for circumstances when according to the buyer's specified correct delivery data the delivered order was not picked up/accepted or refused to accept/receive. The money is not refunded to the buyer and the order is considered delivered.

If the order was not picked up/accepted due to the buyer's incorrectly specified delivery data, at the buyer's request, the order can be sent again, the cost of the re-shipment service is 20 (twenty) euros.

The seller undertakes to deliver the undelivered goods again if inaccuracies/errors, due to which the recipient did not receive the goods, occurred due to the seller's fault and the buyer agrees to the re-shipment. If the buyer does not agree to the re-shipment, the seller cancels the order and refunds the payment to the customer within 1 (one) working day from the cancellation of the order.

SHIPPING ABROAD

QUALITY GOODS can be returned to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the goods (LR CK 6.362). The buyer must inform the seller UAB VILIJOS VARTAI by email shop@didajoy.com about his decision to return the goods. The money for the goods will be refunded to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the buyer's declaration to return the goods. In case of such return, the return costs are borne by the buyer. The buyer chooses at his discretion a convenient way to return the goods to the seller according to the data provided by the seller. The returned goods must be properly and safely packaged, the goods must be in their original packaging.

DAMAGED (damaged during delivery) goods can be returned. In case of product damage, the recipient/buyer must contact by email shop@didajoy.com within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, attaching a photo and describing the damage. The seller undertakes to evaluate the buyer's/recipient's request within 1 (one) working day. In case of received damaged goods, the money for the goods is refunded to the buyer's account within 1 (one) working day after the seller confirms the application for damaged goods, from which the order was paid. The return of damaged goods to the seller/exchange is agreed by both parties by mutual agreement. With the consent of the seller, the damaged goods may not be returned, or only part of the goods or all/part of the goods may be replaced with others, if the buyer agrees. If the buyer and the seller agree that the damaged goods are returned to the seller, the costs of such return are borne by the seller and the seller provides return instructions (parcel post code) to the buyer.

Quality flowers and plants are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (LR CK 6.228.10). Goods purchased as part of a set with flowers are considered part of the flower composition, so such sets are also subject to flowers Return / refund rules, except in cases where the goods are of inadequate quality or damaged during transportation

Defective¹ goods can be returned (LR CC 6.364). Upon receiving a defective product, the recipient / buyer must contact shop@didajoy.com by email, attaching a photo and describing the observed defects of the defective product. The seller undertakes to evaluate the buyer's / recipient's request within 1 (one) working day. The return of defective goods to the seller / replacement is agreed by both parties by mutual agreement. In the case of received defective goods and if the parties do not agree otherwise, the goods must be sent back to the seller within 7 (seven) days from the seller's confirmation of the application for a defective product, the return costs are borne by the seller and the seller provides return instructions (parcel machine code) to the buyer. Money for the goods is refunded to the buyer within 1 (one) working day after the seller receives the goods back.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging, the contents of the packaging must be the same.

¹Note about the quality of flowers: the flowers are natural, so they may have spots, stains or color irregularities, they are not considered to be of poor quality. Only properly stored stabilized flowers are returned - not dipped in water, not exposed to direct sunlight or air conditioning, their leaves petals were not wilted.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Unpaid orders are canceled 48 hours after the order is placed in the Seller's online store. Until then, the goods are reserved for the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to cancel his order within 8 (eight) hours from its submission, after contacting the seller by phone +37065038809 or by email shop@didajoy.com. If the canceled order has already been paid, the money will be refunded to the customer within 3 (three) working days.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Buyer's order if, due to unforeseen circumstances, they are unable to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer. In the event of such circumstances, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer within 8 (eight) hours from the submission of the order, using the Buyer's specified email or phone, informing them about the cancellation of the order or the possibility to replace the goods with similar ones. If it is not possible to replace the goods or if the Buyer does not agree, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer within 8 (eight) hours from the cancellation of the order
